NOT EVERYONE'S READY TO EAT

There are so many of us with brilliant ambitions and we really take them on. We create opportunities for ourselves and with that comes success. A popular saying our generation uses is " everybody eats " which is all about bringing up your team and thriving together. To get to this point of " everybody eats " everyone needs to be filling their plate independently. You cannot expect this life to be given, you have to work hard for your place. I'm coming to terms with the idea not everyone can come up with you, not everyone is ready and dedicated like you are and that is okay. They will shine when they are ready but you cannot force that on them. You have to do shit for you. You can only hope the people you surround yourself with have the right mindset to get where they need to go. Not everyone is ready to eat.
